Bilingual HR Specialist (Workers' Compensation Focus)
Job Description:
Are you an HR professional with strong Workers' Compensation experience looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations with a primary focus on Workers' Compensation administration, employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities
- Manage Workers' Compensation claims from injury reporting through claim closure
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, medical providers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators
- Support return-to-work programs and monitor work restrictions
- Conduct workplace incident investigations and maintain accurate documentation
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, attendance issues, and disciplinary actions
- Assist with performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Prepare reports related to claims, attendance, safety incidents, and HR metrics
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other HR initiatives
- Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
- Experience supporting employee relations and HR compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Multi-state HR experience a plus

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
This job will pay a range of $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
